Read the planning
Each row is a room; hover a room name to see its layout, capacity, preparation and cleanup times.
Colored blocks are bookings. Click a booking to open its detail in a popup — you see the meeting information you are allowed to see (confidential meetings hide their subject).
Empty cells are free slots.
Book from the planning
On the room's row, click the starting cell of the free slot and drag to the end time.
A booking window opens with the room, date and time pre-filled.
Complete the form and confirm — see "Book a meeting room" for the details.
Good to know
The planning respects your access rights: you only see the rooms of your room groups.
The week number is displayed to help you communicate dates unambiguously.
