Before you start
The Statistics menu appears in the left menu only if your account has the statistics or reports right. Depending on your rights you may see Graphs, Reports, or both.
Explore the graphs
Open Hamilton Meeting.
In the left menu, click Statistics, then Graphs.
Pick a graph in the catalog, organized by theme:
Bookings: number of bookings, by hour, by status, by type, by site, by building, by room, by layout, by rate, by service, by company, plus top bookers, top services, top rooms and top ordered services.
Rooms: number of rooms, hourly occupancy rate, occupancy by number of bookings, rooms with or without bookings, rooms by site or building.
Bookers: number of bookers, bookers without bookings, by site, company, service, building or civility.
Services: number of services, services without orders, unavailable services, services by family.
Work presence: presence by mode, on-site days and remote days.
Set the filters proposed for the graph (period, site...) and display it.
Run a report
In the left menu, click Statistics, then Reports.
Choose a report — for example "Booking list" or "Volumes".
For the booking list, fill in the filter screen to target exactly what you need:
Who: booker, contact person, company, service, department
What: booking name, reference, imputation code, status, type
Where: site, building, room
When: a fixed period (year, month, week or a date range) or a dynamic period (current or previous year, month, week or day) that stays up to date every time you run the report
Run the report to display the results on screen.
The Volumes report shows key counts (objects and values) at a glance and lets you export each line for detail.
Export the results
Reports offer several outputs, shown as icons next to each report:
Display in a list on screen
Export as a CSV file (opens in Excel)
Export as an XML file
Send the CSV export by email
The general Export tool at the bottom of the left menu also exports any displayed list (see "Print and export data from any list" in Getting started).
Good to know
Statistics respect your scope: figures cover the sites and rooms you are allowed to see.
The list of available reports is managed centrally; if you need a new report or a change, contact your administrator.
Dynamic periods make reports reusable: save the filter once, run it every week or month without editing dates.
