You are interested in trying out Hamilton Visitor but you don't know where to start? We are here to help!

In this article we will go through the Hamilton Visitor application and see what you can do with it.

The best way to manage your visit flow

Hamilton Visitor is a visit management application. It will help your receptionists or yourself to keep track of incoming visitors, sign them in, and know when they left.

Your company members will also appreciate our super easy to use interface. They will be able to invite your partners and clients in just a few click. And on top of that, we will let them know when their visitors are here!

Start your trial

Create your account

From the corporate website, go to the pricing page and press "Try it for free" on the Standard tier.

You will be redirected to the Hamilton Apps portal where you will be able to create your account.

Subscription page

You can then fill the form with your credentials and company information.

Once done, you can create your account by clicking on Sign up.

Confirm your email

You will receive a confirmation email that looks like the following.

Email confirmation

Click on the Confirm account button or open the link in your browser to confirm your email address.

A confirmation modal should appear, click on the Close button.

Once done, you will be redirected to the sign up page.

|| If you have an error page with a "Something went wrong" error message, it means that your email is already confirmed or that your confirmation link has expired. In any case, proceed with login as described bellow.

From the Sign up page, press the Login here link. You will then be prompted with the login page.

Welcome your first visitor

Welcome to Hamilton Visitor

Hi there, we are glad to have you onboard!

Welcome to your visit dashboard, from here you will be able to see all your visits of the day.

But it's quite empty right now, right? Let's fix that by welcoming our first visitor!

Create your first visit

From the visit dashboard, click on the New visit button at the top-right of the screen. You will be redirected to the Plan a visit page.

Isn't that amazing? Now let's add a visitor to the visit. But wait… we don't have a visitor yet!

Add your first visitor

You can create new visitors without leaving the Plan a visit page. To do so, click on the field under Search a visitor and start typing your visitor name.

It looks like John is not registered yet

You can see that we don't have this visitor in our registry. To add a new visitor, press the Add Visitor button.

You will be displayed with an Add Visitor form. Start by filling in his first name, last name and email.

One other thing that we are missing right now is a Company for our visitor, so let's add one!
