Step 1: Select a site
If your organization uses several sites, the "Select a site" screen appears right after you sign in:
Review the site cards displayed on screen. Each card shows a site name.
If your organization groups its sites, some cards represent a group of sites: click the card to open the list, then select the site you need from the drop-down list.
Click the site you want to work with.
Notes:
You only see the sites you are allowed to access.
If you have access to a single site, this screen is skipped and you go straight to the application selection.
Step 2: Select an application
The application selection screen shows one tile for each application available to you, for example:
Hamilton Meeting, to book meeting rooms and services
Hamilton Deskbooking, to book desks and manage your work presence
Hamilton Visitor, to manage visitors and deliveries
Hamilton Security, to manage building security operations
To open an application:
Review the tiles displayed on screen. Each tile shows the application logo, its name and, when configured, a short description.
Click the tile of the application you want to use.
Notes:
You only see the applications your organization has enabled and that your account is authorized to use.
If only one application is available to you, it may open automatically without showing this screen.
Some tiles can display an alert message configured by your organization, for example to announce maintenance or restricted access.
Switch to another application or site
You can change application or site at any time without signing out:
Inside any application, click "Back to portal" in the top left corner of the screen. You return to the application selection screen.
To open another application, click its tile.
To change site, click the button showing the current site name at the top of the application selection screen. A list of your sites opens (sites belonging to a group appear in a sub-menu). Select the site you want: the application tiles refresh for that site.
Your selected site is remembered for your next visits, so you go straight to the application selection until you change it again.
Change the display language
On the portal screens, click the language code in the top right corner (for example EN or FR) and select your preferred language. The applications open in the language selected here.
