View desk and work presence statistics

How full is the office? How many days do people work remotely? The statistics of Hamilton Meeting include work presence graphs and let you analyze desk bookings, so you can measure how flex office is actually used.

Before you start

The Statistics menu appears in the left menu only if your account has the statistics or reports right.

View work presence graphs

  1. In the left menu, click Statistics, then Graphs.

  2. Scroll to the Work presence theme and pick a graph:

    • Presence by mode: how declared days split between on site, remote and off.

    • On-site days per day: the office attendance profile across the week.

    • Remote days per day: which days people prefer for remote work.

  3. Set the filters proposed (period, scope) and display the graph.

Use these figures to spot the crowded days, adjust flex office policies, or right-size the number of desks.

Analyze desk bookings

Desk bookings can be isolated in the booking screens and reports:

  • Lists: in My bookings or History, open the Filter panel and select Desk to display desk bookings only. Filter by site, building, floor and date range, then export the list with the Export tool of the left menu.

  • Reports: in Statistics, then Reports, run the booking list report with your date range and location filters (see "View statistics and run reports" in the Hamilton Meeting guides). Desk bookings appear alongside room bookings.

Check occupancy in real time

For a live picture rather than statistics, the floor plan counter shows how many desks are free right now on each floor ("12 / 30 desks available"), and Team presence shows who is on site on any given day.

Good to know

  • Statistics respect your scope: figures cover the sites, desks and people you are allowed to see.

  • Presence graphs are based on what employees declare in their work presence planning — encourage your team to keep it up to date.
