Before you start
The Statistics menu appears in the left menu only if your account has the statistics or reports right.
Explore the graphs
Open Hamilton Visitor.
In the left menu, click Statistics, then Graphs. The catalog is organized by theme:
Visits: number of visits, by entry hour, by exit hour, average visit duration, by site, counter, building, type, status, visitor company, resident company, country, localisation and ZRR; top visitors, top companies, top countries, top visited residents and top visited services.
Visitors: totals, with or without visits, banned visitors, by time slot, country, status and civility.
Residents: totals, with or without visits, by site, company, service, building and civility.
Parcels: received and sent, by status, counter, nature and service.
Messages: totals, read, unread, by type.
Vehicles, taxi rides (by status, company, payment method, vehicle type, delay), passengers and calls.
Pick a graph, set the period and scope, and display it.
Run the reports
In the left menu, click Statistics, then Reports.
The catalog includes:
Visits list — the detailed list with your filters.
Banned visitors list and Banned residents list — the blacklists.
Badge in/out flow list and Access control flow list — the movement traces.
Volumes — the key counts at a glance.
Parcel list, Taxi list and Call list for the side modules.
Run a report with your date range and filters, display it on screen and export it (list, CSV for Excel, or by email depending on the report).
Search the blacklists
The banned visitors and banned residents lists are the reference for security checks:
Open the corresponding report (Statistics, then Reports).
Search the person: if they appear, the record shows why and since when they are banned.
Blacklisted visitors are also flagged automatically during validation and check-in.
Dashboards
The statistics section includes activity dashboards — hourly, monthly and yearly views of the visit flow — used to size the reception staffing and report to management.
Good to know
Statistics respect your scope: figures cover the sites you are allowed to see.
Any displayed list can be printed or exported with the left-menu tools — see "Print and export data from any list" in Getting started.
