Use the messaging center
Open Hamilton Visitor.
In the left menu, click Messaging.
The list shows the recorded messages. Search by visitor, resident, company, visitor status or country, and filter by date range ("From" / "To").
Open a message to read it; create a new message to attach an alert or an instruction to a visitor, a company, a visitor status or a country.
Messages surface automatically during check-in: when a visitor matching the message arrives, the visit sheet shows a Messages link with a counter — reception reads the instruction before validating the entry (a VIP protocol, a package to hand over, a warning).
Review the visit history
In the left menu, click History.
Enter any known criteria on the search screen (visitor, company...) and validate.
Filter the results by date range, status, site, counter (guichet) and visit type.
Each line is a past visit with its schedule, visitor, host and status. Open a visit for its full detail — decisions, times, badge.
The history also answers "has this person ever come?" — used together with the Questions screens (see "Search the directory and identify who is on site").
Count phone calls
If your desk logs calls, click the phone icon in the top bar: the call counter window opens and increments the day's count. Call volumes appear in the statistics ("Number of calls").
