Search the directory
Open Hamilton Visitor.
In the left menu, click Directory.
Search by name, first name, company or site, and run the search.
Open a result to see the person's details: site, building, office, phone, email — everything you need to route a call or a visitor.
Who is on the site?
In the left menu, click Questions, then "Who is on the site".
Enter any known criteria (visitor name, company...) and validate. The visitors list shows everyone currently on site, filterable by visit type, visit nature (visit or work), site, plate or parking status.
Use it for evacuation checks, end-of-day sweeps, or simply to confirm a visitor arrived.
Is this person on site?
In the left menu, click Questions, then "Is this person on site".
Search the visitor by name. Their visit history opens, showing whether a visit is currently open (on site) and their past visits.
Whose badge is this?
In the left menu, click Questions, then "Whose badge is this".
Type the badge number — or scan the badge with the reader button if your desk is equipped.
The screen shows the badge's holder and their current visit.
Whose vehicle is this?
In the left menu, click Questions, then "Whose vehicle is this".
Type the plate (or part of it) and select the site.
The screen shows the vehicle's owner, their visit and where they are.
Good to know
All Questions screens respect your site scope: you see the people and badges of the sites you are allowed to see.
The full visit history with its own filters is also available — see "Use messaging and review visit history".
