Track and fulfill service orders as a provider

If you deliver services ordered with bookings — catering, equipment, room set-up — the services dashboard is your daily worklist. It gathers every booking that includes one of your services, so you can prepare, deliver and follow up.

Before you start

The Services menu with its counter appears in the left menu only if your account has the service dashboard right. The counter shows how many service orders are waiting for you.

Open the dashboard

  1. Open Hamilton Meeting.

  2. In the left menu, click Services. The "Services dashboard" opens.

Find the orders to prepare

  1. Set the date range with the "From" and "To" fields — for example today and tomorrow to prepare the coming deliveries.

  2. Optionally select a room Group.

  3. Click Filter to unfold more criteria: Room or Desk, search by person, reference or booking name, type, booking Status, site, building, floor and room. Filtering by status helps you focus on confirmed bookings.

  4. Click Search. Click Clean to reset.

Each line shows the room, the booking reference, the date, the booker, the contact, the requester, the booking name, its type and status. Open a line to see the ordered services with quantities, schedules and observations left by the requester.

You can save your usual filter with the save icon and recall it with the list icon.

Prepare and follow up the orders

  1. Review each order's details: service, quantity, requested start and end times, and the observation field for special instructions.

  2. Click a line to open the booking's detail page, where you see the full context: room, schedule, participants and every ordered service. The booking status is shown as a colored badge on each line.

  3. When a booking changes (time, room or cancellation), the dashboard reflects it — check it regularly or watch the counter in the left menu.

Print your worklist

Click Print above the list to open a print-friendly version of the dashboard — convenient for kitchen or logistics teams working away from a screen.

Invoicing

For paid bookings, the Quote/Invoice action on the booking detail generates the quote or the invoice, including your services, their prices and any deposit or discount (see "Order catering and services for your booking").

Good to know

  • You only see the services that concern your provider account.

  • Lead times protect you: requesters cannot order a service closer to the meeting than the lead time configured for it.
