The standard list screen
Most entries of the administration menu open the same kind of screen:
Search with the magnifier icon; Clean resets.
Add opens the entry form — starred fields are mandatory; errors name the field ("The field ... is mandatory", "... must be numeric", "... is already used").
Edit and Delete act per line; deletion is protected for referenced entries ("You cannot delete this element").
Print and Export (left-menu tools) output the displayed list.
Common and per-site settings
Open Hamilton Visitor, click Administration, then, in the Settings section:
"Common settings": the global behavior options (visit defaults, display options, durations). Validate to apply; "Default" restores the standard values.
"Site settings": the options that vary per site.
Test changes with a receptionist account: most options change the desk screens directly.
Information page and help
"Information page edition": the free content page shown to users, per site.
"Help configuration": what the Help menu opens.
The reference lists
The Others section gathers the cross-module reference data — all standard list screens:
Civilities, Countries, Geographic departments, Cities: the address and identity vocabulary.
Visit purposes: the reasons proposed on visit sheets.
Imputation codes: analytic codes carried by visits.
Special days: holidays affecting the visit flows.
Module-specific lists are documented with their module: parcels and lockers, taxi companies and statuses, types (visits, identity documents, vehicles, messages, carriers).
Labels
"Labels edition" (Settings section) rewords the interface per language — same editor as the portal; see "Customize labels and translations" in the Getting started administrator guides.
Good to know
The application functions screen (feature switches) is managed with your Hamilton contact and is not covered here.
Reference data is shared with the other Hamilton applications where they coexist — coordinate changes.
