Common settings
Open Hamilton Security and click Administration in the left menu.
In the Settings section, click "Common settings" (requires the settings right).
Adjust the general options of the application, then Validate ("The modification was successful").
Per-site settings
In the Settings section, click "Site settings".
Select the Site and configure what varies per site — notably where the permanent instructions are stored:
Network share: the path holding the instruction documents.
Username and Password: the credentials to access the share.
Validate.
The standard list screens
Most administration screens share the same pattern:
Search with the magnifier icon; the Clean icon resets.
Add opens the entry form — starred fields are mandatory, and errors name the field ("The field ... is mandatory", "... must be numeric").
Edit and Delete act per line; deletion is protected for referenced entries ("You cannot delete this element").
The left-menu Print and Export tools output the displayed list.
Email recipients
"Email recipients management" (Settings section) maintains the distribution lists used by the application's notifications.
Labels
"Labels edition" rewords any interface text, per language, with the same editor as the portal — search the label, edit the content, Validate, and rebuild the label file. See "Customize labels and translations" in the Getting started administrator guides.
Good to know
The application functions screen (feature switches) is managed with your Hamilton contact and is not covered here.
Settings rights are granular: the settings right (d_param) opens Common settings, while the Administrator role opens the whole menu — see "Manage user rights groups".
