See your expected visits
Open Hamilton Visitor.
In the left menu, click "Expected visits".
The list shows your announced visits: schedule, visitor, company, host, purpose, site — and the invitation confirmation status when invitations are enabled.
Use the action buttons on a visit:
Modify: change the schedule, purpose or visitors.
Duplicate: recreate the same visit for another date.
Delete: cancel the visit.
Review your past visits
In the left menu, click "Past visits".
Filter by date range and site, then click Search.
Open a visit to review who came and when. Duplicate a past visit to invite the same guest again.
Track your packages
In the left menu, click "Mail and packages".
The list shows the parcels and mail received for you and their status — see "Receive, track and deliver parcels and mail" for the reception side.
Act for a colleague with delegations
If colleagues declared you as their delegate:
In the left menu, click "My delegators". The list shows everyone who delegated to you, with the delegation end date.
Click a person to act on their behalf: the visits you pre-register are made in their name.
To return to your own account, sign out and sign in again, or go back to the portal and reopen Hamilton Visitor.
Habilitations
If your organization uses habilitations (the right to receive certain types of visits), the Habilitations menu shows the persons and the visit permissions they hold. Contact your administrator to change them.
Good to know
The Directory menu lets you look up colleagues — see "Search the directory and identify who is on site".
Pre-registering a new visit is one click away — see "Pre-register a visit as a host".
