Open the missions screen
Open Hamilton Security.
In the left menu, click Missions, then Missions. A window opens with the mission list.
A color-coded banner sums up the situation at a glance: how many missions are Waiting (blue), Late for departure (purple), In progress (green) and Late for return (red).
Understand mission statuses
Not started: scheduled, not yet due.
Waiting: due now, ready to start.
Late departure: the start time (plus tolerance) is passed.
In progress: someone started it.
Late return: the expected duration is exceeded.
Suspended: paused.
Filter the list by status or site, then click Search. Each line shows the status, date, tolerance, duration, mission name, description and site; expand a line for details.
Start, pause and finish a mission
Use the action icons on the mission's line:
Start (green play icon): opens the start window — confirm to record the departure. The mission turns "In progress".
Suspend (pause icon): pauses a mission you cannot continue; it shows as "Suspended" until resumed.
Stop (stop icon): opens the end window — confirm to record the return and complete the mission.
Delete (cross icon): removes a mission that will not be done; the deletion is traced in the duty log as "Deleted mission".
Agents selection (agent icon): assign or change the agents performing the mission.
Delays are recorded automatically: a late departure or return generates a "Mission late" entry in the duty log.
Check today's missions
In the left menu, click Missions, then "Missions of the day".
The window lists everything planned today: day, hour, duration, mission and site — your work order for the shift.
Good to know
You only see the missions of your site and the ones assigned to you or unassigned.
Mission schedules and types are planned by your administrators in the mission agenda.
All mission activity is searchable in the duty log with the Mission, Late, Deleted and Suspended type filters.
