Manage mission types
Open Hamilton Security and click Administration in the left menu.
In the Missions section, click "Mission types management": maintain the categories used to classify missions.
Manage the missions catalog
In the Missions section, click "Missions management".
Maintain the missions themselves: name, description, expected duration. This catalog is what the agenda schedules.
Schedule the agenda
In the Missions section, click "Missions agenda management".
Click Add — "Add a mission" opens:
Site (mandatory — "The site field is mandatory").
Day (mandatory): the weekday(s) the mission runs.
Mission (mandatory): pick it from the catalog.
Start time and Tolerance — both validated as times ("The time of the tolerance field is invalid"). The tolerance is the accepted delay before the mission counts as late.
Validate. The "Day agenda" view shows what the schedule generates day by day.
Special days and holidays
Two lists adjust the schedule:
"Particular days management": dates with a special regime.
"Holidays management": public holidays.
Missions can skip or adapt on those dates, keeping the daily missions realistic.
What agents see
The agenda generates each day's missions in "Missions of the day"; agents start, suspend and finish them, and late departures or returns are flagged automatically with the tolerance you set — see "Run missions and track daily missions" in the user guides.
Good to know
Tolerances tune the alerting: too tight floods the duty log with "late" entries, too loose hides real problems.
Mission statistics (counts, delays, durations) build directly on this planning.
