Set today's mode in two clicks
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen. The profile menu opens with a Work presence section.
Click one of the three buttons: On site, Remote or Off. The change is saved immediately.
Below the buttons, the menu shows whether you have a desk booked today, with a link to the floor plan if you have none.
Depending on your flex office policy, a quick change may be refused or need approval — a message explains it (see "Understand your flex office policy").
Open your work presence planning
Click your name in the top right corner, then click Work presence. The page shows:
Your flex office policy at the top (when one applies): its name, whether it is blocking or informative, the minimum number of on-site days and the mandatory days.
Your planning status: to be filled in, pending validation, valid, or accepted — with the approver's name and date when it has been approved.
Your presence table, one column per working day.
Define your default week
Your default planning is the weekly pattern that repeats every week:
On the Work presence page, select "Default planning".
For each day, click the mode: On site, Remote or Off.
Click Save. The confirmation "Saved" appears.
Plan a specific week
To handle an exception — a trip, a school holiday — plan just that week:
On the Work presence page, select "Plan a week".
Navigate to the week you want.
Set the mode for each day and click Save.
A specific week overrides your default planning for those dates.
If your plan does not meet the policy
When saving, the page checks your flex office policy:
"Minimum on-site days not reached": add on-site days until you reach the minimum shown.
"Mandatory day": a day your organization requires on site cannot be set to remote or off.
With a blocking policy, the plan cannot be saved until it complies. With an informative policy, it is saved with a warning.
Follow your requests
If your policy requires approval, the message "Approval required" appears when you save: your plan is sent to your manager and stays pending until they decide. The requests list at the bottom of the page shows each request with its status — Pending, Approved, Refused or Cancelled — and a Cancel button to withdraw a pending request.
Good to know
Your presence and your desk bookings work together: switching a day to remote while you have a desk booked triggers a conflict warning. Release the desk (see "Release your desk when you no longer need it").
Your team sees your presence in the Team presence screen — see "See who is in the office with team presence".
