View your licenses
Open Hamilton Security and click Administration in the left menu.
In the Licenses section, click "Licenses management".
Review the entitlements and the current consumption.
When the license limit is reached
Users blocked at sign-in see the license screen with the option to notify the administrator.
Free licenses by deactivating unused agent accounts (see "Manage agents, teams and qualifications"), or contact your Hamilton representative to extend the license.
Good to know
Each Hamilton application has its own license pool, visible from its own Administration menu.
License files and platform-level changes are handled by your Hamilton contact.
