Create the verification lines
Open Hamilton Security and click Administration in the left menu.
In the Checklists section, click "Checklist lines management".
Add each control line — one verification per line ("Emergency exit B unlocked", "Extinguisher hall A in place").
Assemble a checklist
In the Checklists section, click "Checklists management", then Add.
Fill in the checklist header — errors guide you:
Site (mandatory).
Post (mandatory): the workstation the checklist belongs to.
Checklist name (mandatory).
Number (numeric, unique per site — "must be unique per site" otherwise): the checklist's order.
Validate, then open the checklist to compose its lines:
Move lines from "Possible choices" to "Selected choices" with the arrow buttons.
Order them with the up/down buttons — the order agents will follow on the ground.
Validate.
How agents use them
Agents fill the checklist from the Checklists menu or automatically during the start-of-shift sequence: they tick each controlled line, comment anomalies, and validate — see "Complete checklists" in the user guides. Supervisors filter incomplete checklists and those with observations.
Good to know
One checklist per post and purpose beats one giant list: short checklists get completed.
Completed checklists land in the duty log under the Checklists type filter.
