Review access authorizations
Open Hamilton Visitor.
In the left menu, click Validation, then "Access authorizations".
Filter by site and by pole/zone, then click Search.
The screen shows who is authorized to access which restricted zone, with the authorization's scope and validity. Use it to answer "may this person enter this zone today?" before letting anyone through.
Authorizations result from the validation workflow: requests targeting a restricted zone are examined with the ZRR-specific rules (nationality checks, enquiries, documents) before being granted — see "Validate visits and manage access requests".
Manage exceptional passes (LPE)
An exceptional pass covers an access that the standard rules would not allow, granted for a limited time under a formal derogation:
In the left menu, click Validation, then "LPE management".
Search by name, date range ("From" / "To") and site.
Review each pass: holder, scope, validity period. Create or process passes according to your site's derogation procedure.
Review the LPE history
In the left menu, click Validation, then "LPE history".
Filter by date range and site to trace every exceptional pass granted, for audits and inspections.
Good to know
Restricted zones (ZRR), poles and the rules attached to them are configured by administrators.
Visit statistics can be broken down by ZRR ("Number of visits by ZRR") — see "View statistics, dashboards and blacklists".
These menus only appear on sites operating restricted zones.
