Manage resident and visitor records

Hamilton Security shares its people records with the other Hamilton applications: residents (the site's employees) and visitors appear in movements, events and key loans. The administration maintains both, plus their reference lists.

Manage residents

  1. Open Hamilton Security and click Administration in the left menu.

  2. In the Residents section:

    • "Residents management": the employees — identity, site, company, contact details.

    • "Resident companies management", "Departments management" and "Services management": the reference lists resident records point to.

Manage visitors

  1. In the Visitors section:

    • "Visitors management": the external people known to the site.

    • "Visitor statuses management": their classification (contractor, guest...).

    • "Visitor companies management" and "Functions management": the reference lists.

    • "Civilities management" and "Countries management": shared reference data.

All screens follow the standard list pattern (search, add, edit, delete with protection).

Where these records surface

  • Key loans record a borrower — resident or visitor.

  • People movements (BTR) reference the same identities and companies.

  • Duty log events can name the people involved.

Good to know

  • When Hamilton Visitor runs on the same platform, these records are shared: coordinate with the Visitor administrators, and prefer maintaining visitor data where reception works.

  • Imports and provisioning can feed residents automatically — configured at platform level.
