Configure parcels, lockers, keys and lone-worker devices

The side modules of reception — mailroom, key handout, lone-worker protection — run on reference data you maintain in the Others section of the administration.

Configure the parcels module

Four lists drive the mailroom flows (see "Receive, track and deliver parcels and mail" in the user guides):

  1. "Carriers management": the transport companies proposed on arrivals and shipments.

  2. "Parcel statuses management": the lifecycle statuses (received, notified, delivered...).

  3. "Parcel natures management": what the items are (letter, parcel, pallet...).

  4. "Lockers management": the storage locations where items wait for pickup.

All are standard list screens; keep the statuses aligned with your mailroom's real process.

Configure the keys

  1. In the Others section, click "Keys management".

  2. Maintain the keys reception can hand out and track from the Questions and site screens.

Configure the lone-worker devices (PTI)

  1. In the Others section, click "PTI management".

  2. Declare the lone-worker protection devices handled at the desk; their handout and return are then traceable.

Related reference data

The Others section also hosts the visit purposes ("Visit purposes management") proposed on visit sheets, and the imputation codes — see "Configure general settings and reference data" for the shared pattern and the remaining lists.

Good to know

  • Parcel volumes by status, nature, counter and service appear in the statistics.

  • These modules and menus appear only when enabled on your platform.
